Huntsville High School's vaunted 1931-32 football team......my stepfather, Tom, is third from the right in the back row....his brother Mearle, "Red", is 6th from his left........When Tom was courting Mother, he gave me a football, a set of shoulderpads and a red and white football uniform.....i think i tossed it!
Fortunately, he loved ballroom dancing, too.
