until i was in my mid teens, i read and
collected comics.....much of my science
was derived from them......the collection
went from "funny" books, to fantasy super-
heros to science fiction/horror/mystery...
then, from classics illustrated to.....
eventually......books without pictures!
of course....at the back of a pictureless
novel, there are no opportunities to
"WIN A BEUTIFUL NEW PHOTO RING"......
