thick slices of juicy yellow, orange and red tomatoes....i love the earthy mottled Ugly ones...
seasoned with fresh dill and ground red and yellow pepper, crispy vande rose bacon,
radiccio, endive and arugula, thin slices of purple onion and homemade
mayo with fresh lemon.....between crunchy, toasted slices of
wood oven baked multi-grain bread......and, for a quick treat, crunchy thick bacon, mache rosettes, and heirlooms sliced a half inch thick, held between halves of perpente's ciabatah, slathered with creamy dill or basil dressing.........
mmmmmmmm..........
