I purchased this carved stone pot from an elderly
gentleman farmer from Tennessee, who told me that his grandson had excavated it from a nearby field........i placed a tiny cactus that had been discarded from K-mart, because it looked as though the roots were dissicated and the little cactus had collapsed........after some watering, it eventually revived and propagated, it's offspring travelling to many of my friends' window shelves......This is the original plant with it's current offspring......The belly of the "planter" has long been broken by water expansion.....but the plant still thrives.......
