OSSUARY

 

This chandelier in Prague's Church of Death was constructed from the skeletal remains of victims of the Black Plague.....
I showed pictures of the eerie and macabre Church to a friend who was appalled by the spectacle and could not view the pictures.....then we returned to her house, and had coffee under a chandelier of deer antlers....such irony.....Even though her chandelier was made of "shed" antlers, it was just as creepy as the human bone chandelier.......Actually, i like the Prague chandelier, much more.....I think i shall donate my bones to one of the great European catacombs.....part of an anononymous ossuary.........
