Since I could never focus on the blackboard
....or the teacher......
i spent most of my time in a near focus world......noticing variations in grains of sand.....and the major fascination of Bugworld.......It seemed that the world was very, very noisy too! So, i observed details and stuffed cotton balls into my ear canals....the beginnings of a life that was to be against the grain.....at odds with the sensibilities of the rest of the world.......yet, i did not consider this....i lived in the world that i thought WAS......soon, i procured a microscope......then i could look even closer......then a telescope, so i could look far away.....it was not for another few years until i was presented with spectacles, enabling the world in between to come into focus........
